SOLICITAMOS A LOS DOCENTES ACERCARSE CON LA DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIA PARA CADA ASAMBLEA RECORDANDO ESPECIALMENTE LA QUE JUSTIFIQUE SU SITUACIÓN DE REVISTA ACTUAL (RENUNCIAS AD REF., SOLICITUD DE LICENCIAS en cualquier jurisdicción con firmas de Rte. Legal o Directivo).)
Apoderados: Formulario correspondiente –declaración jurada de cargos
(TODO FIRMADO POR EL REPRESENTADO) –fotocopia de DNI del representado y DNI
del representante que debe ser mayor de 18 años. Completo al momento de la Asamblea.
Se recomienda leer Normas de asambleas publicadas en página WEB y traer Declaración Jurada Completa.
